Orlando is a Graduate Research Assistant from Cartagena, Colombia. He is an Environmental Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and Water Resources from Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar in Colombia. His research interests include the analysis of hydrometeorological variables, hydraulic and hydrological modeling, and compound floods. One of his goals is to help to improve the infrastructure in his hometown to reduce flood risk.
