A 40-year-old male with a history of smoking, which had ceased 10 years
ago, was evaluated for typical precordial pain of 10 hours of evolution.
EKG showed ST elevation on anterior an inferior leads. Coronary
angiography performed after 14 hours showed coronary ectasia with
