Abstract
Severe hypertension is a rare cause of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage. We
reported a case of a 43-year-old lady who presented with shortness of
breath, hemoptysis and severe hypertension, patient was diagnosed with
diffuse alveolar hemorrhage due to severe hypertension and she improved
after controlling her blood pressure.
