Cardiac hydatidosis is a relatively rare complication of echinococcosis,
with a potentially life-threatening condition. Here, we reported a large
interventricular septal hydatid cyst with bulging in the left ventricle
accompanied by a huge cervical lamp with recurrent hepatic cysts that
