Tuberculous meningitis

Abstract
Tuberculous meningitis is possibly complicated with multiple cerebral
infarctions and basal meningitis, and the mortality and neurological
prognosis is reportedly poor. This case suggested that clinicians should
consider tuberculous meningitis as a differential diagnosis of patients
