Abstract
Beeing a life-threatening and rare event, we present here a nosocomial
Pseudomonas aeruginosa meningitis after spinal anaesthesia
treated effectively with the combination of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam and
Ciprofloxacin. These drugs could be a therapeutic alternatives to treat
this life threatening disease, especially in low income countries where
reference treatments are unavailable.
