Hypophysitis is a rare inflammatory condition that may present both
clinically and radiologically as a neoplastic lesion. Xanthogranulomas
are rare intracranial lesions with controversial etiology. Here, we
report a clinical case of histologically confirmed xanthogranuloma in a
