Premature ovarian failure and Asherman syndrome are leading causes of
infertility. This case is a woman who after cesarian scar pregnancy and
uterine artery embolization developed premature ovarian failure and
Asherman syndrome. she underwent hysteroscopic adhesiolysis. she became
pregnant with low AMH levels and delivered the newborn without any
complications.
