Abstract
Endomyocardial fibrosis is a disease that causes restrictive
cardiomyopathy, it varies in presentation ranging from asymptomatic to
full-blown heart failure. its pathogenesis is poorly understood and it
poses a diagnostic and treatment challenge due to its infrequent
