Abstract
Atraumatic splenic rupture is an uncommon but important clinical entity.
We report a case of young healthy male who had pain abdomen secondary to
atraumatic rupture of spleen. On thorough workup, no conditions
affecting the spleen was found and the patient was suspected to have
idiopathic rupture.
