Abstract
Gastric cancer was diagnosed with dilation of the main pancreatic duct.
SPACE revealed adenocarcinoma, total gastrectomy with distal
pancreatectomy were underwent. More case reports are needed to determine
whether adjuvant chemotherapy is indicated for patients with PCIS and
