Cancer is a disease with high incidence. Other therapies as surgery and
radiotherapy is also used in the treatment of this disease. However, the
effect adverse and the metastasis limited the use of these therapies.
Target anticancer Targeted cancer treatment is an attractive approach
where drugs or other substances which targets specific molecules to
block the growth and spread of cancer cells. Identification of targets
is essential for a successful development of molecular targeted
therapies in cancer. This review summarizes current knowledge on the
molecules target and the up to date of drugs in clinic assays as
Targeted Anticancer Therapies.
