Abstract

Future carbon neutral or low carbon economies will inevitably restore past climate regulating parameters.  The physics of past climates appears to be an ongoing research subject.  Past surface temperature variations were induced by changes in the size of green matter and amplified by the ocean.  Future climates may be managed by photosynthesis.
